As Each item is different, next to each item we indicate the estimaded time of delivery.
Un-printed items are normally delivered within a week to UK addresses.
Printed items are normally delivered within 2 weeks to a UK address from approval of your artwork.
Please note we will do everything possible to meet deadlines however can not be held responsable for
delays beond our control. For example machine failure or Parcelforce.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT
free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security

Un-printed Items can be returned with in 14 days for a full refund
However as we can not resell items printed with your details, we will only refund printed items
if artwork is different form the approval sheet.

displayed or calculated incorrectly. If this was the case we would email you letting you know the correct price and if you did not
wish to continue we will refund you in full and update the website as soon as possible.
